DSAGC Annual Golf Tournament in Memory of Nicholas G. Kwiatkowski

Benefiting the Down Syndrome Association of Greater Charlotte Camps and Other Support Programs

In July of 2004, Nicholas G. Kwiatkowski gained his angel wings. In celebration of his life, and the lives of all children with Down syndrome who have gone before us, the net proceeds from this golf tournament will go to the DSA-GC Camps and other programs.

DSA-GC operates three camps. Camp Horizon is an annual overnight summer camp in a mountain camp setting! Camp Holiday is a summer day camp for children with Down syndrome which is staffed by professionals in the fields of education and therapy. Camp Cuisine is a cooking class offered to teens and adults with Down syndrome in an effort to enhance independence and life skills.

In conjunction with our Annual Golf Tournament we will be auctioning off a number of fun and unique items to bid on to raise money for our Camps and other programs.

Registration is Open!
